Dear App-builders,
I have an HTML element, that i place into the redly marked container in the screenshot.
When I use an unordered bullet list the text is not filling up all the container space to the right. Why is that the case and is there a way to prevent this from happening?
PS: The same happens when I put my text into a
element.
I think the styleguide for ONE DATA sets css properties for example p Tags and others with a default of I think here 500px width. If you want to change this you have to overwrite this with inline css.
The UX-background: Longer lines of text can confuse the eye, particularly when reading text on a screen. You have no orientation and have to read from left to right with your eye for a very long time. Line breaks help people to orient themselves better on the screen and in the text.
