Hide link to SparkUI in Application Health page

Hi there,

is there any option to hide the link to the Spark UI in the Application Health page? On some instances, we don’t want the SparkUI to be enabled (e.g. due to missing authorization/user management) or it is only reachable with port-forwarding (Kubernetes installations).

I found out that there is currently no possibility to hide the link to the SparkUI.
